Lović & Co. proudly presents its latest product – a prefabricated garage, an innovative solution that sets a new standard in vehicle protection and auxiliary structures.

This project has been developed in collaboration with Tangram Lukavac and Bosphorous House Profile, ensuring premium build quality and a modern, functional design.

Quality and Functionality

The garage is constructed from high-quality galvanized steel, providing excellent strength, durability, and resistance to weather conditions. The structure is precisely manufactured and ready for cladding according to customer preference – whether sheet metal, sandwich panels, or OSB boards.

The standard dimensions are 5.80 × 4.00 m, with a front wall height of approximately 3 meters and a rear wall height of approximately 2.5 meters, creating a functional roof slope.

Note: Custom dimensions are currently not available.
Garage doors and windows are not included in the standard offer.

Fast and Simple Installation

One of the key advantages of this garage is the speed of installation – the entire structure can be assembled in just one day.

All elements are pre-prepared for quick assembly, enabling easy, precise installation without the need for additional construction work, which significantly reduces both time and costs.

A Helping Hand After the Tragedy in Jablanica

Following the major accident that struck the residents of Jablanica last year, leaving many families without their homes and basic living conditions, we made a promise to help one family rebuild and regain their home.

Today, we are proud to say that we have fulfilled that promise. 💪
The materials for a complete roofing system have been delivered and installed, and the family that suffered significant damage now once again has a new, safe, and warm roof over their heads.

Our team took great pride in participating in this project, fully aware that every sheet of metal and every panel represents far more than construction material — they represent hope, security, and a new beginning.

This is one of those moments that reminds us that unity, support, and goodwill can truly change someone’s life.

We are pleased to announce that our company has signed a contract for the execution of works on the new Lidl facility in Zenica. The contract has been concluded with Almy d.o.o. Zenica, the general contractor for this project.

As part of the agreed scope of works, our team will be responsible for the execution of roofing systems and the installation of façade panels, including all associated construction and sheet metal elements. The works will be carried out in accordance with the highest technical and quality standards, ensuring durability, functionality, and a modern architectural appearance of the facility.

The commencement of works is scheduled for October 20, 2025. This project represents another important milestone in our company’s continuous growth and confirms our strong presence in the realization of large-scale commercial and industrial facilities.

Following the successful completion of projects at the Belamionix shopping center and Bingo facilities, we are proud to continue building our portfolio with the new Lidl facility in Zenica. Our company once again participated in the International Construction, Mechanical, and Metal Industry Fair – Sarajevo Industry Fair, held at the Hills Hotel.

We introduced the visitors to our products and services, with a special focus on roofing and facade sheets, drainage systems, metal cabinets, workbenches, and we also presented our new product, KlikKlak sheet for roofs and facades.

The fair’s program covered research and design, construction and maintenance of buildings, high-rise and low-rise construction, hydro construction, materials, equipment, construction machinery, tools, adaptation, reconstruction and restoration, craftsmanship, information technology, project management in construction, and interior furnishing.

Additionally, all types of industrial machines were on display at the fair, from machines for the metal industry to those for other industries.

In recent days, under the guidance of experts from Sipoc d.o.o. Sarajevo, we successfully completed the preparatory phase of training on the topic: “Lean Mindset,” process optimization, and the demands of digital transformation.

– The entire training was organized in several phases. The preparatory phase, which included the theoretical segment, focused on identifying potentials for production optimization, analyzing team and personal characteristics of middle management, defining the steps for starting the measurement of work processes and results within production, as well as recognizing process losses with the aim of optimizing them. It is important to emphasize that the preparatory phase is just an introduction to a broader transformation and digitalization of production processes, stated Edis Lović.

Starting this week, Lović & Co will begin the next phase, which includes an in-depth analysis of work processes, reorganization, documenting work steps, and standardizing workplaces. Over the coming months, not only will we significantly speed up production processes, but we will also achieve better control within production.

Ultimately, we expect more precise tracking of all processes, product calculations, and similar elements.

In a further and future vision, we plan to fully digitalize production by applying the most advanced tracking methods, including the use of digital technology on the machines themselves and detailed reporting on every step of the process. This initiative will further improve efficiency, transparency, and control, placing us a step ahead in the industry.
